Chiropractor for the 2001 International Figure Skating Championship, the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games and is currently a physician for the Olympus High School football team.

Dr. Larry Vance was born in Albany, New York and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah as a child. He attended Olympus High School where he participated in both the baseball and football programs. After his graduation from Olympus, he served a volunteer mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in England.

Upon completion of his mission, Dr. Vance attended Snow College where he played football for the Badgers. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors, was the recipient of the Outstanding Student Citizenship Award from Snow College.

Dr. Vance received his Chiropractic Physician degree with Presidential Honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Additionally, he has received his Chiropractic sports Physician Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. In 1991 he married his high school sweetheart Lezlie, and together they have three children.

Dr. Vance has practiced in Salt Lake City since 1997. He is passionate about chiropractic and has been a chiropractor for the 2001 International Figure Skating Championship, the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games and is currently a physician for the Olympus High School Football team. Dr. Vance has also served as the Vice President, President, and Chairman of the Board for the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association.

Dr. Sam Adams, DC with his family

Dr. Sam Adams was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium but moved to Utah at the age of 17 to play basketball. He attended Salt Lake Community College and Brigham Young University, where he participated in each of their basketball programs. During the course of his undergraduate studies, he returned to Europe to play semi-professional basketball. In 1994, he married Juli Jensen, and together they have three children.

He attended and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Additionally, he received his Chiropractic sports Physician degree from Logan College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Adams has been in practice in the Salt Lake City area since 1998, during this time he has volunteered in various venues, including the 2001 International Figure Skating Championship and the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympic Games. He is dedicated to the chiropractic profession and has served on the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association Board.
